As a Service Advisor, your role will focus on delivering a personalised and seamless experience for every customer. You will act as the ambassador for the dealership, managing customer needs from initial contact through to vehicle delivery and aftersales support.
Key duties for this Service Advisor role include:

9. Greeting customers and understanding their automotive requirements
10. Making tailored recommendations for servicing and vehicle options

The ideal candidate for this Service Advisor role will:

This Service Advisor role offers working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis (with time off in lieu).
