Our client is a dynamic and expanding Group Training Association with training centres across Hull, Grimsby, and Scunthorpe. They specialise in delivering Level 3 & 4 engineering apprenticeships, higher education, and upskilling programmes to over 300 client companies.

Job Purpose

This is a key role within the organisation, responsible for driving the sales function and supporting the continued success and growth of training services.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Deliver a first-class consultative sales experience to both prospective and existing customers across the full range of products and services.
Achieve agreed personal sales targets.
Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations using a variety of media and techniques.
Maintain consistent and timely communication with prospects and clients, ensuring all interactions are recorded in the CRM system.
Manage and develop a personal pipeline to meet individual and team targets.
Prepare and present tailored business proposals.
Conduct sales meetings with prospective and existing clients.
Gather and share market intelligence to support strategic and operational planning.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, learners, client companies, and stakeholders.
Comply with all relevant health & safety and quality management policies and procedures.
Organise and participate in meetings, team events, staff meetings, and open days, including taking minutes when required.
Support the planning and delivery of promotional events, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.

Additional Requirements

A full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are essential.
The role covers the West Yorkshire area, from Selby through to Leeds and south to Sheffield.
