As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Exams Officer to administer internal and external examinations, administer exam processes, and support the school’s assessments.

* Job title: Exams Officer
* Location: Walton‑on‑Thames
* Contract: Part time, permanent
* Salary: Pro Rata £27,447 to £29,435 (FTE £30,647 to £32,867)
* Responsible to: Headteacher
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organise, and administer all internal and external examinations in accordance with awarding body and JCQ regulations.
* Register candidates for examinations and ensure accurate entry of students and subjects.
* Prepare examination timetables, seating plans, and rooming arrangements.
* Organise and train invigilators, including briefing on regulations and procedures.
Essential Requirements
* Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children.
* Experience of examination administration in a school or similar setting.
* Knowledge of JCQ regulations and examination board procedures (or willingness to learn).
