We’re hiring a Business Analyst to join our growing team working on a high-priority digital broking platform initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformation journey that aims to redefine how we operate and stand out in the insurance market.
You’ll be part of a team of 4 Business Analysts, embedded within a cross-functional team of 55 professionals, collaborating across departments to deliver meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day business analysis activities across the digital broking platform.
* Engage with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
* Assist in implementing process changes aligned with the Target Operating Model.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive clarity and alignment.
* Contribute to the development of user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
* Ideally some experience or strong interest in business analysis.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Exposure to or interest in the insurance sector is highly desirable.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
