About the role:
The role is centered around coffee—specifically Costa Coffee! You'll perfect your craft through excellent training, ensuring every customer experience is exceptional. You will be accountable for the store's profit and loss, working to maximize profitability. Your responsibilities include:
* Efficient management of store operations to deliver the best coffee experience.
* Planning and coordinating weekly rotas, shifts, and staff holidays.
* Driving sales growth by working with your team to maximize key sales areas and KPIs.
* Financial management of the store's P&L, working towards productivity and gross profit targets.
* Developing your team and providing the best training, both in-store and online.
* Motivating, coaching, engaging, and managing your team to enhance performance and customer service standards.
* Managing stock and order systems to ensure a 100% supply of items for customers.
* Ensuring store operations adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures.
* Maintaining brand standards throughout shifts to ensure customer satisfaction, including completing checks and health & safety procedures, and taking remedial actions when necessary.
* Implementing and maintaining hygiene, health, and safety standards, taking necessary actions as required.
What we are looking for:
An experienced general or deputy hospitality manager from a preferred branded background, passionate about people, with a flair for excellent service and attention to detail. This is a full-time role, so candidates must have a fully flexible approach to work.
