Teaching Assistant

NextGen Teachers are currently working with a primary school based in South Yorkshire who are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their committed team. This will be on a supply based contract, with the possibility for long term contracts.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils across the curriculum, both in class and through targeted interventions
* Work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences
* Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all pupils
* Support the emotional, social, and educational development of children
* Assist with the preparation of classroom resources and activities
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Has previous experience working with children (school or educational setting preferred)
* Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in childcare)
* Is a patient, positive, and proactive team player
* Has strong communication skills and a flexible, 'can-do' attitude
* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* The right to work in the UK
* An enhanced child DBS on the update service
* Two professional references
