Do you have experience working in a customer service environment, tackling complex issues?
We’re looking for a Service Charge Officer to join our team, responding to service charge enquiries and complaints by investigating issues raised by customers.
You will work with teams across the business, collating necessary documents and explanations, and respond to customers in line with Clarion Policies and tenancy or lease agreements.
Clarion Housing provides a range of services to residents; you’ll ensure that service costs provide value for money, are transparent, and that cost recovery is maximized.
With your ability to identify key components of queries or complaints and understand the desired customer outcomes, you’ll carry out adjustments to service charges following investigations and provide feedback to prevent errors of miscoding. You’ll also respond to internal team inquiries regarding service charges and keep our CRM system updated with activity and correspondence.
Substantial experience using Excel and excellent numerical skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex subjects clearly and concisely across various media.

This is a hybrid role based at our Borehamwood offices. Candidates will need to travel to our London head office once a month for team meetings.
