CMA Recruitment Group is currently exclusively supporting a rapidly expanding property group in the recruitment of an 'Interim Accountant'. Based at the company’s Fareham head office, this interim Accountant role is responsible for the production of year-end & month-end accounts and assisting in production of the monthly reports. What will the Financial Accountant role involve? Prepare monthly management packs, including balance sheet reconciliations, cashflows, and detailed analysis. Support with year-end accounts and audit liaison Handle quarterly VAT/CIS returns, responding to any HMRC queries or investigations. Identify and provide solutions of inefficiencies in the transactional team and assist with their development. Suitable Candidate for the Financial Accountant vacancy: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to influence, develop and maintain positive relationships. Ability to problem solve as part of a team and independently. Previous experience working with multiple entities is desirable but not essential.
