Duties
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including staff supervision and workflow organisation
* Ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions and maintain high standards of patient safety and confidentiality
* Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and storage of medicines
* Provide expert advice to customers regarding medication usage, side effects, and health concerns
* Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to pharmacy practice
* Lead and motivate pharmacy staff to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service
* Implement policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and safety within the pharmacy environment
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care initiatives
* Train new staff members and facilitate ongoing professional development programmes
