Required Qualifications and Skills City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Catering, or an equivalent qualification or demonstrable relevant experience. Level 2 Food Safety certification. Experience in supervising or managing a team of two or more kitchen staff. Working knowledge of all applicable Food Hygiene and Health and Safety legislation. Proven ability to monitor and manage budgets effectively to support the delivery of services within allocated resources. Comfortable organising your own workload and keen problem solver.
