This is a 25-hour contract, needing to be fully flexible across 5 days a week.

Compensation: £25,500 / year


What We Are Looking For...


Responsibilities:

* Communication: Set up team briefs, communicate store actions and targets, check business communication channels, delegate accountabilities, champion current initiatives, and communicate effectively during visits or management absences.
* Customer Focus: Collaborate with management to enhance customer culture, drive conversion and service KPIs, and adapt approaches to meet customer needs.
* Operations: Ensure a safe working environment, support health and safety training, execute promotional activities, and manage stock replenishment and stockroom walkthroughs.
* Visual & Commercial: Maintain store layouts, support visual merchandising, conduct store walkthroughs, and analyze data to identify opportunities.
* People: Support recruitment, develop and coach staff, conduct formal meetings, promote recognition, and foster an inclusive culture.
* Cost & Budgeting: Monitor store performance and controllable costs, ensure adequate staffing levels, and optimize store operations.
