The Role To assist with the company's representative with the safe operation of the vessel, the welfare of the crew and passengers, and protection of the environment. Key Responsibilities Undertake immediate action in the event of emergencies or malfunctions in accordance with operating procedures, including, where required, the use of lifesaving appliances or firefighting equipment. Carry out the safe mooring and unmooring of vessels. Report any damage to the vessel, personal injuries to crew members, and any environmental incidents. Assist with routine vessel maintenance. Provide reports, as required, prior to the end of each shift. Assist with the fuelling of vessels in line with environmental protection considerations. Ensure compliance with the Company Safety Management System.
