Main Responsibilities – Glass Collection, Bar Support & Customer Service
* Collect empty glasses, bottles, and tableware from our trading areas to maintain cleanliness and safety at all times.
* Ensure all glassware is returned to the bar or kitchen ready for cleaning and restock shelves with fresh, clean glasses.
* Support the bar team by restocking products, ice, and other essentials when necessary.
* Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables as required, ensuring high standards of service.
* Engage positively with guests, answering questions and helping to create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
* Work flexibly as a bar back during peak service as part of our team, always maintaining top hygiene standards.
