About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking adedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / Teaching Assistant (TA) / SEND Support Worker / Youth Workerto join aspecialist SEND provision in Chigwell.
The school supports students with a range of needs, including:
Autism (ASD)
Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD / SLD)
Profound & Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD)
What You’ll Be Doing:
️Supporting students 1:1 or in small groupsto enhance learning and development
️Helping students build confidence and independencein a nurturing environment
️Using creative and engaging techniquesto support students’ unique learning needs
️Assisting with behavior managementusing positive strategies
️Working closely with teachers, therapists, and parentsto ensure the best outcomes for students

Acaring, patient, and positiveindividual
Passion for working with SEND students and helping them thrive
Ability tobuild strong relationshipswith students and staff
No prior school experience needed!We welcome candidates with social care, youth work, personal SEND experience, or those looking to start a career in education
Full-time, long-term position (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm)
