Business Support Administrator – Programmes Team Intern

Overview
Providing high-quality administrative and operational support to customers and colleagues across SAC Consulting, acting as a key point of contact for general enquiries and day‑to‑day business activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls and emails from customers and colleagues providing friendly and helpful service.
* Support day‑to‑day office tasks including basic administrative tasks and organisation.
* Use Microsoft Office applications and office equipment such as phones and printers.
* Plan and organise work, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Work carefully and accurately, building confidence with numbers, written communication and attention to detail.
* Collaborate with events and operations teams, including travelling to events and helping with event set‑up, delivery and pack‑down.
* Engage with members of the public and other stakeholders, building confidence and professionalism.
* Work independently while being supported as part of a team; occasional help at weekend or out‑of‑hours events.
Minimum Qualifications
Good standard of secondary education or equivalent relevant experience.
