Are you a qualified primary teacher looking for flexibility, variety, and rewarding work? We’re working with a network of welcoming primary schools across Watford who are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to support their classrooms.
Supply teaching is ideal if you enjoy new environments, want to inspire young learners, and value a healthy work–life balance. Whether you’re available for the odd day, short-term cover, or longer placements, we have opportunities to suit you.
Your Role:
* Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom where pupils feel supported
* Follow lesson plans and school policies to ensure continuity of learning
* Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
* Uphold high standards of safeguarding and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience with the UK primary curriculum
* A flexible, reliable approach and confidence adapting to different schools
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A genuine passion for helping children thrive academically and personally

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
