What you'll be doing
* Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions with accuracy and efficiency
* Drive the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
* Oversee daily payment processing, ensuring all transactions are completed within agreed service levels (SLA)
* Assist in intercompany billing and ensure compliance with internal accounting policies
* Perform balance sheet reconciliations and prepare regular cash flow projections
* Support the preparation and review of finance policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Manage internal order tracking and support the fixed asset register, including asset disposal and transfers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on billing and payment-related matters
* Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and enhance process efficiency
* Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives to support the wider finance function
What we're looking for
* Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
* 2 - 3 years of relevant finance experience preferably within Healthcare sector
* Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
* Meticulous with strong prioritisation and time management skills
* Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn with a positive attitude
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
