Deputy Centre Manager -Youlbury (Mat Cover) Location: Youlbury Scout Adventures Centre, Boars Hill, Oxford OX1 5HD This is a live-in role with on-site accommodation included. Salary: £31,716 per annum, Band E, Level 3 Hours: 35 per week – evenings and weekends required on a rota basis Contract: Fixed-term (Maternity Cover) – 14 months About the team and role At Scout Adventures, we believe in the power of outdoor learning. We're looking for someone to help lead and coordinate day-to-day operations at our Youlbury Centre, ensuring young people from across the UK have access to safe, meaningful, and fun experiences. You’ll support staff and volunteers, keep our activities running smoothly, and help manage the resources that make it all happen.
