The Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, building long-term partnerships.
2. Create, maintain, and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth targets.
3. Respond to incoming sales inquiries proactively, ensuring follow-up and closure.
4. Contribute to competitive tender processes for clients.
5. Proactively promote yourself and the business at in-person networking and social platforms.
6. Identify additional prospect clients, conduct outreach, and engage through the sales process.
7. Produce accurate forecasts and implement customer-specific growth strategies.
8. Meet regularly with clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
9. Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
10. Deliver outstanding customer service and oversee the customer experience across the business.
11. Collaborate with internal teams to generate ideas, improve processes, and launch new products.
12. Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
What You Will Have/Be:
1. Proven experience in a sales account management or a similar customer-focused sales role.
2. Strong commercial awareness with a target-driven mindset.
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Organized, proactive, and confident in managing multiple priorities.
