Customer Service - Pensions Administrator
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday (between 8:00am - 6:00pm on a rota basis)
Pay Rate: £12.33 per hour

About the Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Pensions Administrators, supporting Civil Service pension schemes. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in pensions administration.
You'll be based in our Liverpool City Centre office (hybrid working may be considered in the future). Full training will be provided over three weeks to set you up for success.
What You'll Do:
Handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy
Provide accurate information on Civil Service pensions
Maintain records and process pension-related requests
Work as part of a supportive team to deliver excellent service What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years
Right to work and valid ID (passport, birth certificate, or driving licence) Additional Requirements:
DBS check (free of charge) will be completed before starting
Enhanced vetting will follow after commencement
