The role is based in Lichfield and is full time.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the local Community Highways team to provide a community-based approach to the delivery of the highway service, improving elected member and community satisfaction.
* Provide a first-line response to enquiries and be the go-to person for community enquiries related to highways.
* Interrogate digital records and GIS systems.
* Collate information to respond to requests.
* Support the production of reports and programmes of work.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience of working with complex data and responding to written and verbal enquiries.
* Business administration experience or equivalent qualifications.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* An ability to interpret maps with a good attention to detail.
