Senior Associate - Construction/Projects
Greater London – Salary negotiable based on experience
I am currently working with a top tier international law firm who are looking to add a non-contentious construction lawyer to their market leading construction and infrastructure team, this position is based in London. They are looking for an English or commonwealth qualified lawyer with upwards of 5PQE
You will have experience working on a broad range of transactional construction matters, acting for both national and international clients which include developers, contractors, investors, project owners and others. Ideally you will have a mix of real estate, energy (clean/renewable) and infrastructure project experience.
You must be well versed in using JCT, FIDIC and NEC standard contracts for this role. Candidates with a mix of contentious and non-contentious experience will also be considered for this role.
