The Role
As a Community Complex Care Nurse, you will deliver the highest standard of clinical care to individuals in their own homes. Youll work across a small caseload of complex care packages, using advanced clinical skills while building meaningful relationships with service users and their families. xsngvjr
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care
* Managing complex needs including tracheostomy care, ventilator support, and seizure management
* Working collaboratively with the Service Manager and wider multidisciplinary team
* Updating and reviewing care plans to reflect changing needs
* Building strong, trusting relationships with service users and their families
Requirements
* Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin
* Prior experience in ICU, HDU, or community complex care (essential)
* Strong clinical skills including tracheostomy care & ventilator care (essential)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* A real commitment to provided high-quality care
