The incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire Park’s security force. He/she will assist in the establishment of security policies and procedures and is directly responsible for their enforcement. He/she will also plan, organize, monitor and execute the daily safety and security controls of the Park. He/she will initiate and lead appropriate loss recovery actions in order to protect the Park from losses and/or coordinate implementation of emergency plans, crisis management, emergency and evacuation drills. He/she will establish and oversee master key, access control, video surveillance and safety alarms or other security devices. In addition, he/she will liaise with different authorities (e.g. Hong Kong Police Force) to ensure regular communications, updates and strong relationship.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Security Management or professional qualification in Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
Candidate with substantial knowledge and experience in event logistics and operations will be considered
With at least 6 years’ relevant experience with good knowledge of event security, physical security, crowd, traffic and access control
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, conversational is an advantage
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literacy in MS Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Holder of valid HK Driving License of private car
Willing to work outdoor, on shifts and during weekends and public holidays
