We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Community Development Service Manager to lead the Woodfield Park Community Project. This vital role oversees the delivery of key services including the Food Club, emergency food parcels (as part of the Household Support Fund), and the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme. Main Requirements (for details check the job description and person specification): Lead the planning and delivery of community-based services and projects. Build strong relationships with local residents, partners, and stakeholders. Manage and support a team of staff and volunteers. Promote an asset-based approach to community development. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, funding, and reporting requirements.
