Contract: 8 hours per week (with regular additional hours available)

Are you a reliable, adaptable security professional who enjoys variety and responsibility? We're looking for an Elite Relief Security Officer to support multiple sites across Lincoln, Newark, and Spalding.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys travelling between sites, and takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard of security. You'll play a key role covering holidays, sickness, and short-notice requirements—making you a vital part of the team.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
1. Valid SIA Licence
2. Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
3. Flexibility to work a mix of days, nights, and weekends
4. A professional, calm, and confident approach
5. Previous security experience
You'll also need a strong commitment to ongoing training, development, and licence renewals.
The Role
As an Elite Relief Officer, you'll protect people, property, and assets across a range of sites, following each location's Assignment Instructions (AIs). You'll be trusted to step into different environments at short notice while maintaining excellent service standards and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
6. Delivering security services in line with company policies and legal requirements
7. Responding promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies
8. Maintaining a visible and reassuring security presence
9. Identifying and reporting health & safety risks or potential threats
10. Completing accurate incident reports, logbooks, and check calls
11. Using security systems and technology confidently
12. Making sound decisions under pressure
Training & Development
