What you’ll be doing
As a self-employed Financial Adviser with us, you’ll have the freedom to manage your own business while benefiting from the support of an established and trusted firm. This will include:
* Providing independent financial advice tailored to your clients’ needs, covering areas such as pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning
* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and quality service
* Managing your own schedule and client portfolio, with the flexibility to work the way that suits you best
* Keeping up to date with regulatory requirements and maintaining high compliance standards
* Leveraging our technology, compliance, and administrative support to help you focus on delivering advice
* Growing your business through referrals, marketing, and networking
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent client outcomes.
The ideal Adviser will:
* Hold the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
* A proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
* A commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant financial advice
* The ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A strong desire to grow their business within a supportive, self-employed framework
* Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a broad range of financial products
* Be comfortable working with high-net-worth clients and professional connections
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
