The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant within the Engineering & Technical division, you’ll play a key role in managing the full 360° recruitment process — from developing new business relationships and sourcing candidates to managing offers and placements. You’ll join a supportive and ambitious team where your success is recognised and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief to placement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels.
* Develop new business opportunities within the Engineering & Technical sectors.
* Negotiate terms, manage offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
* Keep up to date with market trends to effectively advise clients and candidates.
About You:
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in a recruitment role (any sector).
* Passion for developing a career within Engineering & Technical recruitment.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Highly motivated, target‑driven, and eager to progress.
* Confident working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
