We're excited to offer you an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Consultant in our Southsea office. The realistic OTE for this role is £35,000.


Role

We are looking for a Sales Consultant who will contribute to the sales process by engaging with clients, organising property viewings, and supporting buyers and vendors throughout the transaction.


Responsibilities

* Organise and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and guidance to potential buyers.
* Negotiate sales, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
* Handle enquiries from clients and external parties, providing timely and accurate information.
* Provide regular feedback and general updates to our vendors and buyers.
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
* Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.


What we are looking for

* Experience in Sales or Customer Service is beneficial
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of UK property market trends and regulations
* A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
