Senior Account Manager
We're working with a creative agency in the hospitality and retail transformation space, looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team and support a fast-moving, high-profile beverage and hospitality brand.
This Senior Account Manager role sits at the heart of delivery. You'll bring structure, clarity and momentum across multiple workstreams, helping campaigns land smoothly from toolkit through to in-venue activation.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll focus on delivery across BTL assets.
You'll:
* Lead day-to-day client communication and build trusted relationships
* Manage timelines, scoping and project delivery across multiple workstreams
* Oversee campaign rollouts, POS, brand guidelines and activations
* Bring organisation and clarity to a busy, high-volume account
This is a chance to partner closely with senior leadership, owning delivery while gaining exposure to strategic thinking.
About You
* Experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Manager in a creative or marketing agency
* Background in retail, shopper marketing or BTL campaigns
* Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams
* Confident in client communication, scoping and timelines
* Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive
