Sales Administrator
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking to take the next step in your career? Our Leeds-based engineering client is expanding and seeking a proactive, commercially minded Sales Administrator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical administration experience who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer enquiries, orders, and communications from start to finish
* Produce and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) accurately
* Read and interpret engineering drawings to support quotations and order processing
* Work closely with sales, engineering, planning, and production teams
* Prepare detailed quotations and ensure all commercial information is accurate
* Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients
* Support continuous improvement and contribute ideas to enhance processes
* Handle general sales administration, documentation, and project coordination
About You:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical sales, sales admin, or customer service role
* Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or a technical environment
* Able to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong understanding of BOMs and commercial documentation
* Excellent communication skills – confident dealing with customers and internal teams
* Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks
* Strong IT skills, including ERP/CRM systems
