RoleYou'll play a key role in ensuring that NCHA's Care & Support and Housing services meet regulatory expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers. Your responsibilities will incl
* ude:Delivering a programme of audits across all operational areas within HW to meet regulatory, statutory, and quality assurance standards, uploading your audit findings to our audit management system, Kaizen, within agreed deadli
* nes.Reviewing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvem
* ent.Contributing to policy and procedure updates and supporting investigations into quality or compliance iss
* ues.Attending audits, meetings, training, and workshops in person, with flexibility to complete other tasks at times that suit
