Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an innovative service redesign in South Aberdeenshire! We are seeking a Care Manager to become an integral part of our newly developed Enhanced Dementia Assessment Team - a dynamic, multi-disciplinary service designed to deliver person-centred care and creative support for individuals living with dementia. Based at Glen O’Dee Hospital in Banchory, this role will also cover the wider Deeside, Kincardine & Mearns areas, offering you the chance to work across diverse communities and make a real difference where it matters most. This is a part-time position (18 hours per week), and we are committed to supporting a flexible working pattern that suits both the service and the successful candidate. You will collaborate closely with skilled professionals from health and social care, contributing to assessments, care planning, and interventions that enhance quality of life for individuals and their families.
