Hays are recruiting for a permanent organised, proactive, and data-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of merce channels. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across digital marketing, CRM, and product operations, with a strong focus on systems, automation, and customer experience. You will help execute marketing campaigns, optimise online performance, and manage key data processes within the CRM/ERP stack.
This role is fully office based in Trafford Park, Manchester.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the planning and execution of multichannel digital marketing campaigns (email, social, paid, content, affiliates).
2. Brief, proofread, and schedule campaign assets across relevant platforms.
3. Monitor campaign performance and produce post-campaign analysis reports.
4. Coordinate promotional calendars, product launches, and seasonal events.
5. Manage customer segmentation, data hygiene, and audience lists within the CRM.
6. Build and schedule email flows, newsletters, and automated lifecycle campaigns.
7. Work with Marketing and merce teams to enhance personalisation and retention strategies.
8. Track CRM KPIs such as open rates, conversions and customer retention metrics.
9. Support product uploads, inventory updates, merchandising changes, and catalogue maintenance using ERP/CRM systems.
10. Ensure data accuracy across stock, pricing, product information, and website listings.
11. Assist in the optimisation of product pages to improve customer experience and conversion.
12. Support operational workflows between ERP and merce platforms.
13. Identify trends and actionable insights to support ongoing optimisation.
14. Maintain internal documentation and process maps for marketing workflows.
What you'll need to succeed
15. 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing, merce, or digital coordinator role.
16. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems
17. Practical experience working with Shopify (store management, product updates, basic troubleshooting).
18. Excellent writtenmunication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
19. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
20. Highly organised with strong project coordination skills.
21. Curious, proactive, and willing to learn new systems and tools.
