Orchard Primary and Nursery School require a new Caretaker. You will be required to oversee the cleaning of the school, building maintenance as well as offering a range of caretaking services for the benefit of the school community. You should have a positive outlook and the ability to use your own initiative and be able to demonstrate a practical knowledge of DIY skills. Working a split shift (6am-9am and 3:30pm-5:30pm), you will be a key holder with responsibility for securing the site. You will be expected to deliver the full range of caretaking, maintenance, janitorial and occasional cleaning duties.
Previous experience of this type of work would be advantageous.
