A well established regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy conveyancing team in Bristol.
This is an opportunity to join a firm with a strong reputation for client service and a collaborative, supportive working culture. The firm has a long standing presence across the South West and continues to grow its residential property offering.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and play an important part in maintaining the team’s reputation for delivering excellent client service. The role offers the chance to work closely with experienced colleagues while building strong relationships with clients and local estate agents.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
• Developing relationships with local estate agents and referrers
• Maintaining high standards of client care and file management
• Working collaboratively within a supportive conveyancing team
About You
This role will suit someone confident managing their own files who enjoys building relationships with clients and delivering a high standard of service.
You will ideally have:
• Experience handling a range of residential conveyancing matters
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• A professional and calm approach when managing transactions
• Good IT skills and experience using case management systems
