JOB PURPOSE
To provide reactive Joinery repairs in both occupied and void properties.
The post holder will carry out task such as but not limited to- hanging doors, changing locks, repairing windows and their mechanisms, renewing patching floors, skirtings, facings, mouldings, fitting kitchen units and worktops, providing forced entries where required.
Assess issues and repairs and provide a materials list to address same in the most cost-effective manner.
To work effectively with other trades and ultimately support the Operations Manager to ensure the effective delivery of the service to our stakeholders.

* To effectively read drawings and repairs schedules and interpret same.
