What youll be doing: Processing and placing purchase orders with care and accuracy Keeping an eye on delivery and shipping updates to make sure everything arrives on time Checking that all shipping documents are correct and complete before anything goes out Updating order statuses on both our internal system and supplier platforms Keeping detailed records of purchases, pricing, dates, and other key information Supporting the wider purchasing team with general admin tasks Communicating regularly with suppliers to maintain great working relationships What youll bring: Solid Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel A methodical, detail-focused approach to your work Strong time management and organisation skills A team player attitude with great communication skills - whether thats face-to-face, by phone or email Experience in an admin or supply chain role would be a big plus!
