Trial Balance has been engaged by a superb organisation known for excellence to recruit a temporary credit controller. This role can be undertaken on a full or part time basis (minimum 3 to 4 days per week) and will last approximately 3 to 4 months.
Your duties will include:
- Proactively contacting overdue customers by phone, email, and written communication to recover outstanding balances.
- Working through the backlog by segmenting accounts (e.g., by age, value, or risk) to focus efforts on the highest impact cases first.

The organisation uses a combination of SAGE and bespoke internal systems, with full training provided.
