If you are a Registered General Nurse seeking a community leadership role paying £45,000 per annum, this Adult Nurse Manager position offers stability, autonomy, and the chance to manage care properly. Covering the Morden catchment area, you will oversee complex adult care packages in the community while working Monday to Friday with no nights or weekends.
As an Adult Nurse Manager, you will have genuine ownership of your caseload and the authority to make sound clinical decisions. The role balances hands-on nursing oversight with leadership responsibility, supported by a hybrid structure that includes one day per week working from home.
