Overview
An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in a brand new nursing home opened recently in the Liverpool, Merseyside area. The home will offer nursing, dementia, residential care, mental healthcare and specialist learning disability services to residents.
To be considered for this role you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Responsibilities
* Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
* Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy.
* Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals.
* Report any ill health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary.
Qualifications and experience
* Proven experience of working in a care setting.
* A good team player.
* 1+ year NMC registration.
* Well-developed time management and leadership skills.
* Able to show a can-do attitude always.
