This role fits within Magdalenes PMO and will work collaboratively with the Utilities Head of Delivery and other internal stakeholders. Magdaleneoperates as a Telecommunication Infrastructure Services Companyand ispart of the Telecom Division of M Group Services.Covering the full network lifecycle, we deliverManaged Services and Projects for both fixed and mobile infrastructure networks across the operator and utility markets. Ownership of project specific inter-departmental reporting across the programmes and projects. P&L responsibility for this area of the programme, managing and recording cost & sales Cost approval to a designated level Line management of internal resource including training, and one2ones Management of external resource Interdepartmental liaison with Finance, Commercial, SHEQ & HR Reporting of progress and performance to the Senior Project Manager Supporting the SPM and Junior team members in further reporting Liaison directly with the customer reporting on progress and dealing with commercial issues Skills & Knowledge Requirements: Excellent Microsoft package skills; in particular excel Experience in the management and delivery of complicated large volume roll out Programmes and projects Commercial abilities from a financial and contractual perspective Hands on systems experience in both operations and commercial areas Key Attributes: Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills. Great attention to detail and organisational skills. The ability toprioritiseand work to deadlines. The ability to problem solve.
