Brand Ambassadorship: Enthusiastically represent the essence of Luxury at our concession in Harrods, embedding passion and pride for the brand among customers and the store team. Embrace and convey the brand's DNA, setting a stellar example in adherence to our appearance guidelines and dress codes.
Visual Merchandising & Client Management: Ensure the store's presentation aligns with the boutiques visual merchandising standards to fortify the brand image. Elevate in-store customer service to deliver an unparalleled client journey.

- Welcome and comfortably acquaint all visitors, fostering loyalty and building lasting relationships.
- Educate clients on our products and introduce complementary items to enhance their experience.
