Puro Associates are delighted to be supporting an Accountancy Practice in Hertfordshire with their recruitment for a Qualified Accountant or soon to be Qualified Accountant. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious accountant who wants to take on a portfolio of clients and work very closely with the management team.

The Role
* Working with a portfolio of clients of different sizes across various industries
* Preparing and submitting year end accounts as well as personal & corporate tax returns
* Planning and scheduling work based on internal targets
* Offering tax planning advice to clients
* Reviewing work of junior members of the team
* Training juniors & supporting them as and when required
Requirements
* ACCA qualified or soon to be qualified with few exams remaining
* At least 3 years of UK accountancy practice experience (without this experience your application will not be considered)
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Must have proven experience of managing a portfolio and internal team
* Experience using cloud-based software, such as Xero
