Morson Talent are working with a leading F1 team to recruit a numerous Composite Laminator to join their team and contribute to the success of our client.
Location: Oxfordshire
Hours/Shift: Days / Nights / Weekend Days
Rate: Between £30 - £40 UMB (with PAYE options available)
Job Description:
As a Composite Laminator, you will play a critical role in the production of advanced composite components for motorsport/aerospace applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare composite materials and moulds for lamination.
* Hand lay-up of pre-preg composite materials.
* Ensure the correct orientation and number of plies for each component.
* Vacuum bag components and check for leaks.
Qualifications/Experience:
* Proven experience as a Composite Laminator within the motorsport, aerospace, or related industries.
* Familiarity with composite materials and processes.
* Proficiency in composite layup techniques and autoclave processes.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, defect-free components.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work with high precision in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to read technical drawings.
* Ability to work to deadlines
