The Opportunity You’ll be right in the thick of things, supporting high-stakes bids, collaborating with teams across the company, and making sure every proposal we send out has impact, polish, and a touch of personality. Key Responsibilities Writing compelling, winning bids that don’t read like they were written by a robot Rewriting, editing, and finessing input from colleagues into client-ready documents. Adapting pre-written content without it sounding like pre-written content Supporting our Bid Manager in structuring submissions with strategy and flair Conducting research that gives proposals the edge Creating sharp, on-brand content across digital, social, internal comms Keeping both our tone of voice and messaging consistent Helping manage internal docs and templates so everything’s clean, current, and chaos-free What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years working as a bid writer Property maintenance or construction background (ideally) Someone who knows their way around PQQs, SQs, RFPs A love for words, clarity, and a perfectly placed semicolon Strong organisational skills, you’ll juggle deadlines without dropping the plot Someone who can collaborate with a range of teams nationally!
