Weare only just starting to unlock the potential of what @Druce is capable of, and our Customer Solutions Advisor is going to help us achieve this together. These roles are highly valuable to our success, and we are incredibly excitedto introduce this opportunity to the market.


The role

Witha passion for customer solutions and naturally curious nature, the CustomerSolutions Advisor will work closely with their team to provide support and an unwaveringcommitment to our clients. This is a branch based role supporting both salesand lettings through the following:

* Provide theinitial greeting for any new and existing customers entering the branch.
* Up-sell/cross-sellour products to all customers engaging with @Druce (e.g. insurance, mortgageetc.).
* Manage officeoperations and provide administrative support to the sales and lettings teams.
* Maintain officeschedules and coordinate appointments and meetings.
* Respond toenquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurateinformation to customers, clients, and colleagues.
* Understand therequirements of inbound clients and qualify leads.
* Ensure allincoming leads are created and updated in the CRM database.
* Carry outboundcalling from the Druce branch database to generate leads for MAs.
* Manage andmaintain office inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring the office isfully stocked and functional.
* Coordinate withexternal vendors and contractors, such as cleaners, maintenance technicians, and IT support.
* Manage incomingand outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing mail, packages, anddeliveries.

* Experience in a customer service or sales environment.
* A bachelor’s degreewith relevantqualifications preferred but not necessary.
* Excellent communication skills and able to connect with clients, both in-person andover the phone.
* Highly motivated to provide the best customer service and develop relationships over thelong term.
* Strong work ethic witha systematic approach to Sales.
* Highly ambitious individuals who want to developand succeed in the world of real-estate.
