Job Requirements of the ECT Teacher English : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending completion of a teacher training programme. Strong subject knowledge in English literature and language. A creative, adaptable, and student-centred approach to teaching. Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills. A passion for education and a commitment to professional growth. Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
