Our client, a renowned entity in the rail industry, is seeking a dedicated Land Coordinator for a contract role with an expected duration of a minimum of 6 months inside IR35. Key Responsibilities: Attend Area South (SCS) land board meetings and contribute to discussions as the construction interface, highlighting delivery risks and impacts to timelines. Track land ownership, rights, and interests, maintaining an accurate understanding of the geography across Area South. Support the preparation and issuance of possession notices, licences, agreements, wayleaves, easements, survey notices, and acquisitions. Coordinate with external construction contractors and assist with HS2 internal processes and general property matters. Assist with survey access, consultation & engagement, negotiation, and settlement processes for acquisitions and licences for land rights. Maintain correspondence and documentation for compensation claims, legal agreements, and out-of-limits cases. Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to progress cases efficiently. Build and sustain positive relationships within the Integrated Project Team, external contractors, HS2 Multi-disciplinary team, and external stakeholders.
