EDiscovery Analyst (MS Purview / Digital Investigations) Up to £50,000 + 10% Bonus | North Leicestershire (Hybrid)
I’m working with a large, complex organisation to hire an eDiscovery Analyst to support a growing demand across Legal, Data Protection and wider business functions.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take ownership of eDiscovery searches, case management and forensic support, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end eDiscovery activity, ensuring all work is defensible, auditable and compliant, while supporting investigations and legal processes.
Key areas include:
* Executing legal holds, searches, collections and exports across enterprise data
* Managing case files, audit trails and chain of custody documentation
* Performing data culling, deduplication and relevance review
* Supporting incident investigations (triage, artefact collection, basic forensic analysis)
* Working closely with Legal, HR and business stakeholders on sensitive matters
* Operating and improving eDiscovery and forensic tooling/workflows
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in eDiscovery, eDisclosure or digital investigations
* Strong exposure to Microsoft environments (M365, email platforms, cloud & on‑prem)
* Familiarity with enterprise eDiscovery tools (e.g. Purview or similar)
* Understanding of data protection / privacy considerations
* Ability to manage sensitive and confidential investigations professionally
